Our Culinary Institute of America trained Chef and Food Services Director, Daniel Serafini, prepared the menu for Mother’s Day lunch, and is as follows :
Roast turkey breast with apple and cranberry chutney
Marinated roasted asparagus
Baked whole yams
Triple cream red velvet cake
Substitutions will be made as clinically necessary and requested
Community Life Staff will be serving wine from a specially prepared tablecloth covered rolling cart and Andrus on Hudson provided Mother’s Day cards and flowers will be delivered, too.
