We are continuing to receive information and updates from CVS Health, updates/changes:
CVS has changed process and confirmed that the consent forms do NOT need to be signed in person, an AOH representative will be in touch with all authorized representatives shortly to receive consents or declinations of the vaccine via phone/verbal
Two clinic days are confirmed (the first two) but the last 2 (2 out of the 4 previously communicated tentative dates) remain tentative and we are waiting on a confirmation or change in dates
